General Rules

  • Please arrive at class at least 15 minutes early.

  • Grip socks are required.

  • Please text us at 737-701-6911 if you are running late. If there is a waitlist, your spot can be given to the next client. 

  • Instructors/Classes are subject to change; keep notifications on via the MT app and client profile to stay current.

  • Bring water.

  • All sales are final!

Class Pack Purchases

Class Packs have the following expiration from the date of purchase:

  • 1 Class: 1 month

  • 10 pack: 3 months

  • 25 pack: 6 months

  • 50 pack: 12 months

  • 100 pack: 12 months

  • Class Pack purchases are non-refundable

  • Access to all studios

  • Extensions will not be granted

Waitlist Rules

  • Waitlist Notifications are Sent Through Mariana Tek. If you want to join a waitlist, please ensure you have NOT opted out of receiving our email or text notifications. If you have opted out, please opt back in before joining our waitlists.

  • A Friendly Waitlist Reminder: Your reservation is confirmed once you join a class. If you decide not to attend, remember to cancel your reservation to avoid incurring late cancellation and/or no-show fees.

  • Early Morning Waitlisted Class: If you put yourself on the waitlist for an early morning class and are unsure if you will attend if your spot opens up, please remove yourself the night before to avoid charges.

  • Waitlist Promotions: The auto-fill period for when you can be added to a class ends 30 minutes before the scheduled class time. Please keep this in mind when adding yourself to the waitlist.

  • Multiple Waitlist Sign-Ups: If you sign up for numerous waitlisted classes ON THE SAME DAY, you will be responsible for each class you are added to. Please monitor your waitlist position and cancel any unwanted times to avoid charges.

  • Fees: Fees will apply if you late cancel or no-show a class after getting off the waitlist.

  • Swapping Classes: Fees will apply if you take a class different from the one you are signed up for. Please reference the no-show policy below.

Late Cancels

  • For Members: There is a two-hour cancellation window; the late cancellation fee is $10. Members have one graced late cancel OR no-show fee per membership cycle.

  • For Non-members: There is a ten-hour cancellation window; the late cancellation fee is $15 (you do not lose a credit).

  • The late cancel policy applies to canceling one class for another on the same day and multiple waitlists. 

  • If you are on multiple waitlists, please remove yourself from the other ones once enrolled in a class. Fees will apply if you do not cancel those classes and are a no-show.

  • Exceptions:

  • All refunds for late cancels will be credited to your TLS ATX account balance

N0-Shows

  • Our no-show policy does apply to canceling one class for another on the same day and multiple waitlists.

  • If you are on multiple waitlists, please remove yourself from the other waitlist(s) you are on once you are in the class that you want to avoid multiple fees.

  • If you are one minute late to class and a client is waiting to take class, your spot will be given to them. You will be marked as a no-show, and fees will be applied.

  • For Members: The no-show fee is $20, with one graced late cancel or no-show per membership cycle.

  • For Non-Members: No show Fee is $20 (you do not lose a credit).

  • Exceptions:

  • All refunds for no-shows will be credited to your TLS ATX account balance

Freeze rules

  • You may freeze your account for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of three months.

  • Freezes cost $30 to start and $30 at the start of each subsequent month

  • You must complete the following “FREEZE FORM” to start your membership freeze

  • You will retain and can use your rollover credits during the freeze

Cancellations

  • For members on contracts: Please see your contract for cancellation terms

  • All other memberships require 30 days’ notice to cancel their membership

  • Please fill out the following “CANCELLATION FORM” to connect with our Cancellations team

Do we have lockers?

We have cubbies at our HC71 and Downtown locations and lockers at our ATS location for storing your belongings.

Do we have showers?

No, but we have the essentials for you to freshen up with in our restrooms.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes to move easily in and in full range of motion. For safety and sanitary reasons, we require you to wear grip socks in all classes at our studios.

Minimum Age to take a class?

14 years or older. If you are under 18, we do require a signature from a parent or guardian.
