3. Strength x Cardio HIIT

This 45-minute high-intensity interval training class combines the Maven + VersaClimber to give you an effective strength and conditioning workout. You will start with 7.5 minutes on the VersaClimber, then 15 minutes on the Maven, and repeat both segments once more for the ultimate HIIT experience. Great for clients who want to advance their cardio!
