Scrambled Eggs - I used to really struggle with this move but when it finally clicked for me it was such an incredible a-ha moment. I love that it combines core stabilization with an oblique focus. It's a great burner and a game changer move!

My Story
Born and raised in Kansas City, my love of fitness started early as a “gym kid” - tagging along with my mom to group aerobics classes (yes think scrunchy socks and thong leotards!) and then later as a competitive soccer player that took me all the way into my college years. I have now been a professional fitness instructor for over 8 years and a coach at TLS since June 2020. While searching for a way to level up my own workouts I was immediately sold by how effective and efficient Lagree was! From client to instructor in less than a month, I have absolutely loved the continual challenge that the Mega provides. My classes combine my passion for strong technique, precise form and a really killer playlist! I am passionate about helping my clients feel strong and supported no matter where they are in their own personal fitness journey.
When I am not teaching at TLS ATX you will find me all over the place! As an active local realtor I am buzzing all over town representing both buyers and sellers in the Austin housing market. I have three busy kids in the Lake Travis school district and you will usually find me cheering for them at a soccer game, cheer event, or a swim meet. I am an avid bookworm, sci-fi movie nerd, and love a good long hike with my headphones on. I am married to my high school sweetheart and I most recently celebrated my 20 year anniversary.
