My Story

I started my career in fitness and health as a Zumba instructor in 2010 to avoid gaining weight in college, and quickly discovered the beautiful friendships that can form when people are vulnerable, sweat, and challenge themselves in a community. While my coaching methods have evolved over the years (including many formats of dance fitness, strength training, Lagree, Versaclimber and yoga), my love of helping people discover their inner strength remains the same!
